I ordered this product because I know GBC has fantastic equipment and the price was right.It came in day or two and was put to immediate use.After about 3 baskets of confetti, the machine started sqeaking and groaning.I got out the shredder oil for the quick fix but it never fixed the problem.People down the hall thought for sure we were strangling a cat!Needless to say....disappointed.BUT...
I called GBC.Told them about the problem.The first words out of their mouth were "No problem sir, we'll send you another and do whatever you want with the old one".WOW!!Two days later it was here.AND IT WAS AN UPGRADED MODEL!!
EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!Now I remember why I choose to buy GBC products.I would recommend buying this...I may have just got a dud.But know if you get one too, you will probably have a similar outcome.
