Attempting to load the software for this reader resulted in an error and would not load. I atmepted on another computer with the same error message. (Both were laptops.) I then atempted to load onto a desktop PC. Here it loaded fine. After several attempts to solve this problem with tech support. We both gave up and decided this will not work on my computer, so I returned it.
